Appointment Setter, Talent Acquisition

• Reach out to candidates daily via LinkedIn and other platforms using personalized messages • Handle inbound replies and maintain DAILY inbox zero • Qualify candidates quickly via chat (and short calls when needed) • Book qualified candidates onto our calendars • Track, label, and update every lead inside Airtable / ClickUp • Use automated outreach systems + manual follow-ups to keep response rates high • Ensure super fast response times (this is critical) • Report directly to our Head of Fulfillment • Hit KPIs around: Response time, Booked calls, Qualified conversations • Keep pipelines clean: no ghosted leads, no messy statuses • Understand candidate intent, availability, and expectations before booking • Work closely with Customer Success + Interview Managers to align daily priorities • Suggest small process improvements to make outreach faster and smoother

Job Requirements

  • Background in ecommerce, recruiting, staffing, or appointment setting (preferred)
  • Comfortable doing daily outreach and handling lots of conversations
  • Strong written English - you’ll message candidates all day
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Used to tracking leads and following systems
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Airtable / ClickUp experience is a plus)
  • Can move fast without losing accuracy
  • Confident holding warm, natural conversations
  • Ownership mindset - you don’t wait to be told

Role Description We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Government Contracts Administrator with experience in supporting DoD & IC customers. This individual will ensure current and future contracts are compliant with contract requirements, including: - Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) - Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or equivalent - International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) for international pursuits and contracts The Contracts Administrator will lead contracts negotiations, evaluate new business opportunities, and provide recommendations to business management, which minimize risk and maximize financial results of the business. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of industry practices, experience working with U.S. Government Federal Acquisition Regulations contracts, and preferably have experience supporting DoD and IC, as well as demonstrate the ability to successfully interact with internal and external customers. Responsibilities will include: - Proposal preparation, pre‐contract risk analysis, negotiation, troubleshooting and resolving contractual issues, and administration of U.S. government contracts. - Proactive contracts management, responding to inquiries regarding contract obligations/revisions, and initiating documentation to authorize work according to contractual specifications. - Review complex domestic proposals for compliance with requirements of Request for Proposal, focusing on identification and mitigation/elimination of “proposal risk” and “execution risk”. - Draft modified/revised language for terms and conditions in response to an RFP. - Communicate results, contractual risks and mitigation alternatives concisely, both verbally and in writing. - Collaborate with and influence other business areas without direct authority. - Apply knowledge of corporate policies and procedures and identify required improvements to established policies. - Coordinate and manage the contracts volume as part of a major or complex proposal. - Determine appropriate flow down provisions for subcontracts and material procurement. - Mentor less experienced Contract professionals. Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - 3+ years of cradle to grave contracts experience in the Defense/IC industry. - Experience in federal procurement regulations such as the FAR/DFARS and experience with the various U.S. DoD contract types is required. - Experience with GSA scheduling. - Experience with SharePoint and Unanet Systems is a must. - Extensive experience negotiating multi-million-dollar defense contracts, as well as large Defense/IC contractors. - Ability to contribute to the development strategy and lead strategic initiatives in support of functional and business objectives. - Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated proactive contracts management experience. - Must have experience managing and supporting Top Secret level contracts or higher. - Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance in order to qualify.
