• Implementar y supervisar controles de calidad de datos para asegurar la precisión, integridad y fiabilidad de los activos de información. • Crear dashboards complejos que integren múltiples fuentes de datos, proporcionando insights profundos y visualizaciones avanzadas. • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de Delivery y Soluciones de Datos para Dataviz en colaboración con el líder del equipo. • Automatizar procesos ETL y activos con reglas de negocio para optimizar la construcción de reportes y tableros. • Actuar como mentor y consultor interno, asesorando a los analistas JR/SR en buenas prácticas, lineamientos y comunicación de insights. • Administrar flujos y almacenes de datos para las herramientas de visualización oficiales de la compañía. • Supervisar guiones de pruebas para la certificación funcional de productos de datos y dominios de información. • Proponer y ejecutar mejoras continuas en los procesos de análisis, alineando las asignaciones con los objetivos del negocio.

Job Requirements

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Estadística, Matemáticas, Economía o carreras afines con enfoque analítico.
  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia comprobable liderando proyectos de análisis de datos, coordinación de equipos y diseño de soluciones de visualización de datos.
  • Dominio avanzado de SQL, Python y Spark SQL.
  • Experiencia amplia en Power BI y lenguaje DAX para visualizaciones complejas.
  • Manejo de herramientas de extracción y carga: SSIS, Stratio Rocket y Stratio Discovery.
  • Excel avanzado y administración de almacenes de datos.
  • Conocimientos en estadística aplicada y técnicas de análisis de tendencias y patrones.
  • Experiencia en optimización de consultas de bases de datos y modelos de datos complejos.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías de CoE (Centro de Excelencia) de Datos y lineamientos de gobierno.

Job Description Responsibilities: 1. Workday System Ownership (Regional Scope) - Act as the regional point of contact (POC) for all Workday-related activities across Mexico and LATAM. - Maintain and manage employee data and records within the Workday platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity. - Oversee the execution of configuration changes, system updates, and Workday releases, in alignment with corporate governance and IT standards. 2. Integration & Technical Support - Support Workday/Payroll system interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. - Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and HR teams to resolve interface or data transmission issues promptly. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation. - 3. Compliance & Governance - Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance controls and audit requirements. - Support the implementation and documentation of governance practices for employee data management and support processes. - Assist in maintaining security roles and access protocols in Workday aligned with regulatory and internal policy standards. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and support ongoing operations. - Serve as a liaison between LATAM regional users and global system administrators to ensure localized support. 5.
