Kooner Fleet Management Solutions
• Own Regional Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned regional customers, providing responsive support and consistent communication. • Reignite Opportunities: Lead efforts to reconnect with dormant accounts, rebuild relationships, and identify paths to reactivation. • Qualify New Business: Manage and qualify inbound web leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective handoff or conversion. • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic engagement. • Create Impact: Understand each customer’s goals, challenges, and fleet dynamics, and craft solutions that align with their business objectives. • Problem-Solve with Purpose: Tackle issues directly, ensuring quick resolutions and consistent client satisfaction. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. • Analyze and Report: Track account metrics, prepare insights, and present recommendations that strengthen customer success. • Own Renewals: Manage contracts and renewals with precision and a focus on long-term relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success within fleet, transportation, or logistics.
- Proven success achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Must be willing to travel up to 20 percent of the time.
