About the Role We are seeking a Program Specialist to support the successful implementation of AidKit programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and making complex systems work smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Program Managers (SPMs), cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders to ensure programs run efficiently and participants receive the support they need. This position focuses on the operational, tactical, and execution-level work that keeps programs moving forward day-to-day. You’ll gain valuable exposure to program management, technology implementation, and direct aid delivery—making this a strong growth opportunity for future advancement within AidKit. Key Responsibilities Program Design, Build & Operations - Support day-to-day implementation of AidKit programs, ensuring activities stay on track and issues are promptly flagged. - Track deliverables, deadlines, and milestones; maintain detailed project documentation and status updates. - Coordinate the translation process for recipient communications and application materials. - Assist in testing and launching program tools or workflows in collaboration with technical teams. Partner & Recipient Support - Serve as the first line of support for routine partner and recipient inquiries, escalating complex issues to Senior Program Managers as needed. - Draft and update recipient-facing communications such as FAQs, guides, and notifications. - Support partner training and onboarding by creating or maintaining reference materials and documentation. Data & Reporting - Conduct data quality checks and flag anomalies for review. - Support development and testing of dashboards and reporting tools. - Prepare or assist in producing recurring programmatic or accounting reports. User Feedback & Experience - Coordinate logistics for user testing, surveys, and feedback collection. - Maintain feedback trackers and compile insights from recipients and partners. - Summarize findings and share recommendations with the program team. Process Documentation - Keep internal SOPs, training decks, and program manuals up to date. - Document recurring workflows and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement. Project Management & Team Support - Manage workstreams or operational tasks under the direction of Senior Program Managers. - Organize meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track follow-up actions. - Support coordination across departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables. About You Minimum Requirements - You are located in the United States. - You care deeply about equitable access to aid and believe in delivering resources with dignity. - You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. - You are proactive, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. - You have at least 3 years of professional experience in program coordination, nonprofit operations, public administration, social services, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). - You are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating databases, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools. - You are a strong written communicator with the ability to draft clear, empathetic, and professional correspondence. - You work well independently but know when to ask for help or escalate issues. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting or implementing technology in a program setting. - Familiarity with human services, nonprofits, NGOs, or government-funded programs. - Experience serving or supporting vulnerable or marginalized populations. - Comfort working with data tools (e.g., Airtable, Tableau, Salesforce or similar). Compensation and Location This is a full-time role that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States. Channel Partnerships Manager

• Design and Build Government Sales Channels • Identify and develop strategic channel partners that expand AidKit’s reach into state and local government. • Build a diversified channel portfolio, including: Prime contractors and advisory firms, Complementary technology companies, NGOs, foundations, community based organizations, and policy groups • Define when and how each partner type fits into AidKit’s broader go-to-market motion. • Lead partner and teaming strategy for RFPs, RFIs and other procurements • Help position AidKit as a preferred or required technology • Shape awareness and credibility before a formal buying process begins. • Enable Co-Selling • Work closely with Sales to support government and nonprofit opportunities by: Opening doors to the right partners, Aligning incentives and roles across AidKit, partners, and buyers, Supporting deal strategy, sequencing, and stakeholder mapping • Ensure partners are prepared to advocate for and co-sell AidKit, building playbooks, messaging and enablement materials to help them: Understand AidKit’s value, Confidently explain our role in complex programs, Know when and how to bring us in to opportunities
Public Sector Partnerships Director

Senior Accounting Manager

• Execute the monthly close calendar, checklist, and deliverables with consistent timeline (target: ~14 business days) • Prepare and maintain key account reconciliations (cash/bank, prepaids, accruals, deferred items, payroll) with clear support and variance follow-up • Produce accurate monthly financial outputs (budget vs. actual, department reporting, next-twelve-month revenue tracking) • Reconcile activity across banks and payment processors (e.g., Mercury, Dwolla, card partners) and ensure clearing/timing items are tracked, explained, and resolved. • Perform final review of financials (reasonableness checks, variance investigation) before release • Ensure revenue accrual estimates and deferral schedules tie cleanly to source systems and documentation (and reconcile to GL revenue). • Drive cleanup and prevention of aged recon items • Partner with Treasury Ops/Program Finance Ops to maintain accurate program/grant fund balance schedules and tie-outs across many programs/accounts. • Own finance systems (accounting-side) for Rillet + Ramp integrations—drive improvements, not just usage • Build error-proof templates and checks that catch issues early (period/cutoff errors, miscodings, unmapped items) • Reduce manual work with clean mappings, automation-first workflows, and auditable spreadsheets/models • Partner with Treasury Ops to align data outputs with accounting records and maintain reliable cash visibility • Create lightweight analyses to answer practical questions and share insights with Finance leadership • Maintain SOPs for close, reconciliations, and accounting workflows • Create a clean, organized evidence trail for auditors/diligence (repeatable PBC responses, defensible documentation) • Own audit/diligence finance-side execution, coordinating with Finance leadership and Compliance as needed • Perform periodic reviews of approvals, access, and permissions • Coordinate and support external tax accountants for corporate tax returns
Implementation Engineer

• Partner with Program Managers to understand client requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and define program scope and success criteria • Lead the configuration and enhancement of our low/no-code applications, translating client requirements into system logic (sometimes SQL and JavaScript are required) • Design custom workflows or leverage existing templates and best practices • Own the technical implementation end-to-end—from discovery through payments—ensuring applicants can successfully apply and receive funds • Proactively identify, document, and resolve technical issues with root cause analysis; monitor programs post-launch and iterate based on feedback • Perform comprehensive QA and testing before each program launch, validating logic, verifying data integrity, and confirming compliance • Respond to customer questions and communicate proactively about updates or changes that may impact their programs • Create and maintain detailed documentation for each implementation, including project plans, custom configurations, technical decisions, and best practices • Provide structured feedback to improve configuration processes and internal tools
