Licensed Mental Health Clinician
Light Counseling
• Provide remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. • Collaborate with clients to identify concerns, define counseling goals, and develop actionable treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all state, federal, and company policies (i.e., HIPAA). • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, meetings, and training opportunities. • Integrate Christian faith and psychological best practices in therapy as appropriate. • Refer clients to other resources or specialists as needed. • Engage in occasional community outreach or ministry initiatives relevant to Light Counseling’s mission. • Provide clinical supervision or mentorship to interns and residents (if qualified). • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted license in Texas (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).
- Strong commitment to Christian faith and active membership in a local church.
- Up-to-date CAQH profile and Professional Liability Insurance.
- Successful completion of background and reference checks.
- Has no restrictions to bill insurance payers.
- Experience working with Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, Play Therapy, Couples/Marriage Counseling, and/or Child Populations (preferred).
- Specialized training in trauma-focused therapies (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT) (preferred).

• Drive to rural areas to install & service our devices on farm locations, ranging from 1-50 in a given day. • At the site, you will be required to disinfect tires and boots, climb feed bins that range between 10 and 40 ft tall and install our sensor and small solar panel inside the site’s bin. • The installation typically takes 10 - 15 minutes. • Troubleshoot basic issues on field devices (requiring service) where applicable. • Adhere to biosecurity rules where required for each farm location. • Maintain accurate mileage records and time sheets.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with dispatch • Utilize a smartphone for job functions • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness • Transport clients safely and securely using a company vehicle • Perform other services as assigned
• Measure and record precise distances and angles on, above or below the land surface, including boundary points, ALTAs, topographical features and other designated markers • Use a variety of modern surveying equipment, manual recording, computer-aided drafting programs and databases to collect and record data of geological areas according to project requirements • Research historical maps, land records, previous survey results and land title information as needed to compare and verify current measurements and resolve questions of boundary lines • Create reports and maps according to customer or project requirements containing information from field measurements, boundary markers and topographical features • Prepare two-dimensional maps and three-dimensional computer renderings of property features, such as boundary lines, geological points of interest, existing structures, water features and utility lines • Follow accepted legal procedures to establish official land and water boundaries for government agencies, real estate developers and private parties to be used during property sales, leases and disputes • Communicate with architects, engineers and construction personnel as needed during land development projects to verify geological and property boundary data and contribute to building design as needed
