These include non-emergency medical transportation, ADA paratransit, fixed-route transportation, shuttle services, and commuting. • Must be flexible and willing to support multiple transportation services within the company, including wheelchair transport and Basic Life Support (BLS) operations. • Depending on operational needs, responsibilities may include driving wheelchair-accessible vehicles, serving as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on BLS trips to provide patient care, or driving BLS transport units. • Candidates must be comfortable performing a variety of duties and adapting to different service assignments as needed. • Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities, residences, and hospitals using company emergency vehicles • Provide basic emergency and patient support within EMT scope of practice • Communicate clearly and effectively with dispatch, healthcare staff, patients, and family members • Utilize a smartphone and company systems for job-related functions • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness • Properly secure patients using stretchers, wheelchairs, and other medical transport devices • Maintain accurate trip logs, reports, and required documentation • Respond professionally and compassionately during emergency and non-emergency situations • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state regulations • Perform other duties as assigned
