• Serve as a primary operational point of contact for assigned areas • Support our work in DR Congo by coordinating partners, implementing local strategies and ensuring high-quality, safe services compliance with the organization standards. • Conduct due diligence and needs assessments to evaluate and expand cleft care coverage across designated countries. • Monitor and visit partner facilities regularly to ensure high-quality and safe program delivery. • Track KPIs, such as: Year-over-year increase in cleft interventions. Number of professionals trained annually. Partner/patient satisfaction metrics. • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with local corporate, medical, and educational institutions to enhance program delivery and impact.

• Lead and own the entire certification function: methodology design, audit execution, quality assurance, and final certification decisions. • Personally conduct the first 20–30 AI governance certifications to establish the quality benchmark. • Design and refine the certification methodology across EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and GDPR requirements using the Clause 5 Framework™. • Build, hire, train, and manage a team of certification auditors as volume scales. • Establish auditor training programs, quality standards, and professional development pathways. • Serve as the external face of certification authority — representing Clause5afe with regulators, standards bodies, industry associations, and at conferences. • Collaborate with the Director of Certification Operations on engagement scoping, delivery workflows, and client communications. • Provide expert guidance on regulatory developments and their implications for certification requirements. • Support investor relations and enterprise sales with subject matter expertise on certification credibility and methodology.

• Preparing detailed estimates for Industrial projects • Attending pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work and the required contents of projects • Reviewing proposed specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and required contents of estimate; gathering quotes, printing drawings, counting, take-off estimating, and responding to RFIs and RFQs • Professionally interacting with customers, other trades, general contractors, and internal staff • Providing Construction Services with up-to-date CAD drawings; assisting with the assembly of shop drawings as per project requirements • Providing technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required • Communicating with Project managers regarding bringing in other divisions, project closeout, following awarded contracts as assigned, and managing estimating extra work items, change orders, and credits

• Remotely attend couple's wedding ceremony through video conference • Follow pre-approved script and lead ceremony including vows, ring exchanges, and more • Correctly sign and file marriage license within 24 hours after virtual ceremony
