Job Requirements
- At least 2–3 years in the B2B services environment, ideally in personnel services/staffing.
- Passion for sales: you are driven by selling and have a strong interest in Finance and HR topics.
- You enjoy approaching people — cold calling is an opportunity, not an obstacle.
- You demonstrate empathy, strong negotiation skills, and a clear results focus.
- Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
