• Act as day-to-day operational lead across assigned accounts. • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders. • Ensure service levels, timelines and quality standards are consistently met. • Support preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews. • Provide proactive updates on project status, risks and opportunities. • Oversee the artwork-to-print lifecycle from brief through repro and production. • Liaise with artwork, pre-press, QC and production teams to ensure right-first-time delivery. • Provide clear technical guidance on print processes, materials, colour and compliance requirements. • Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively. • Ensure all outputs meet brand, legal and production standards. • Oversee quoting activity to ensure accuracy, margin alignment and compliance with agreed rate cards. • Maintain oversight of invoicing including FO tracking, accruals and revenue reconciliation. • Partner with Finance to resolve invoice queries and minimise aged debt. • Monitor workload volumes against revenue performance. • Support forecasting and commercial planning cycles. • Develop and maintain structured reporting dashboards covering volume, SLA adherence, quality metrics and cost efficiency. • Analyse data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities. • Support the Account Director in preparing quarterly review materials. • Translate operational metrics into clear, client-ready insights. • Work collaboratively with studio, repro and offshore teams to improve workflow efficiency and reduce rework. • Provide constructive technical guidance and share knowledge to build capability within the wider team. • Support colleagues in navigating complex print or packaging challenges. • Encourage best practice briefing and quality standards across projects. • Influence positive behaviours through professionalism, clarity and approachability. • Escalate risks early and manage critical paths effectively. • Provide operational support and backup coverage on additional FMCG packaging accounts. • Ensure continuity of service during peak periods or leave cover. • Support complex launches and redesign initiatives as required.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in packaging artwork, print development or account management within FMCG or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of print processes (flexo, gravure, litho, digital), colour management and packaging materials.
- Experience overseeing quoting and invoicing processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence managing commercial data.
- Experience building performance reporting or dashboards.
- Experience working with MIS/PLM and approval systems.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide cross-functional colleagues.
