• Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market • Provide tailored advice to landlords, property owners and property management companies on corporate housing solutions • Build long-term partnerships • Support partners by phone, in writing and virtually • Explain complex tax and financial topics in an understandable way
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in the real estate sector in Germany
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
- Able to work independently, in a structured manner and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality

Event Manager – Event Organization & Project Management

• You assist in planning and organizing events such as trade shows, conferences and client events, including timelines, checklists and deadlines. • You coordinate vendors (catering, AV/technical services, exhibition builders), obtain quotes and track budgets. • You support participant and speaker management, including ticketing, registrations and program involvement. • You assist with communication with organizers, partners, sponsors and internal teams. • You support events on site: organizationally, by staffing booths and as the main contact for vendors and the team. • You coordinate event materials such as booths, giveaways and presentations. • You maintain structured documentation and conduct post-event follow-up.
• Plan and manage all Pella events, including but not limited to annual Kickoff, Graduation & Celebration, Christmas and Easter recognition, monthly Union gatherings, annual Creation Museum and Ark Encounter trip, fundraising, Walkabout (The Trek) and Israel graduate trip • Follow Pella’s preferred process for event protocol • Attend or find a Pella staff member to attend all events as the Pella representative • Communicate effectively and efficiently to internal and external persons within 24 hours • Post event pictures on Pella approved social media • Promoting and supporting Pella Hill's vision, mission, and statement of faith • Communicating with Pella leaders, teachers, and staff • Attending and participating in required calendar events • Communicating practice and planning information with families
