STELP e. V.
• Planning and supporting communication and event projects that shape our day-to-day work • Helping to create social media content and creative campaigns that spark enthusiasm • Organizing and coordinating processes – from the idea to implementation • Contributing your own proposals and confidently testing new approaches • Drafting and editing texts in German; English-language contributions are a welcome asset • Working with digital tools such as Google Workspace; additional knowledge of graphic design software or social media tools is a plus • Supporting our projects over a six-month period – so you can experience and actively shape everything from the initial idea to successful completion
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Event Management, Media or Public Relations
- Enthusiasm for events, social media and creative projects
- You are organized and enjoy taking a hands-on approach
- You like contributing your own ideas and have the confidence to try new things
- Language is a strength for you – very good German is required; English is a welcome plus
- Digital tools such as Google Workspace come easily to you; experience with graphic design software or social media tools is an advantage

Event Manager – Event Organization & Project Management

• You assist in planning and organizing events such as trade shows, conferences and client events, including timelines, checklists and deadlines. • You coordinate vendors (catering, AV/technical services, exhibition builders), obtain quotes and track budgets. • You support participant and speaker management, including ticketing, registrations and program involvement. • You assist with communication with organizers, partners, sponsors and internal teams. • You support events on site: organizationally, by staffing booths and as the main contact for vendors and the team. • You coordinate event materials such as booths, giveaways and presentations. • You maintain structured documentation and conduct post-event follow-up.
