Role Description Команда ООО "Пропаганда Машин" запускает конкурс на вакансию Ивент-менеджера. Тебе предстоит заниматься организацией и проведением мероприятий различного формата. - Организация ивентов для Propaganda Machine™; - Активные продажи мероприятий внутренним партнерам; - Совместная разработка концепций ивентов с креативным директором; - Поиск и управление артистами для выступлений; - Поддержка артистов и управляющих площадками во время мероприятий; - Менеджмент логистики аудиооборудования (аренда в регионах и доставка по Москве); - Выстраивание партнерских отношений между ФинПартнерами и Propaganda Machine™; - Работа в команде по документообороту. Qualifications - Базовые знания звукорежиссуры: настройка звука на аудиосистемах, аудио-роутинга, работа с электронными музыкальными инструментами и электроакустикой; - Уверенное владение MS Office Suite, особенно Excel; - Коммуникабельность, навыки ведения переговоров, харизма и грамотная речь. Requirements - Отличные организационные навыки; - Умение работать в команде; - Креативность; - Способность справляться со стрессом. • Plan and manage all Pella events, including but not limited to annual Kickoff, Graduation & Celebration, Christmas and Easter recognition, monthly Union gatherings, annual Creation Museum and Ark Encounter trip, fundraising, Walkabout (The Trek) and Israel graduate trip • Follow Pella’s preferred process for event protocol • Attend or find a Pella staff member to attend all events as the Pella representative • Communicate effectively and efficiently to internal and external persons within 24 hours • Post event pictures on Pella approved social media • Promoting and supporting Pella Hill's vision, mission, and statement of faith • Communicating with Pella leaders, teachers, and staff • Attending and participating in required calendar events • Communicating practice and planning information with families
