PALTRON
• Implement functional requirements through configuration and programming on the Salesforce platform • Develop custom components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Design and implement complex business logic and automations using Salesforce Flows, validation rules and permission models • Actively contribute to the further development of the data model and adapt objects and data structures • Ensure high technical quality through unit tests, systematic debugging and support during deployments and release changes • Consider API and integration fundamentals to ensure seamless connections between Salesforce and adjacent systems • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects and implementation partners and document technical implementations clearly and structurally
Job Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable IT qualification with relevant professional experience in software development
- Solid experience developing on the Salesforce platform, particularly with Apex, LWC and Salesforce Flows
- Ideally experience with Nonprofit Cloud, Revenue Cloud or Data Cloud
- Confident handling of modern software development principles, version control and structured deployment processes
- Analytical, solution-oriented thinking
- Independent working style and a strong commitment to high-quality, “clean” code
