• Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. • Design and document optimized processes, workflows, and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures. • Monitor process adherence and performance against established quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Lead and support continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of quality and efficiency. • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, work instructions, and quality manuals. • Generate regular reports on process performance, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives. • Work closely with various departments, including operations, IT, and product development, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure successful process implementation and adoption. • Ensure all processes and quality systems comply with relevant internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Provide training and support to employees on new or updated processes and quality procedures to ensure smooth transitions and effective execution.

• Ensure our core business systems are reliable, scalable, and well-aligned to go-to-market, customer retention, and operational efficiency priorities • Translate company and functional priorities into an executable business systems roadmap, and drive disciplined delivery against it • Own the execution and optimization of our business systems technical stack • Act as a hands-on leader, remaining close to configuration, integrations, and data flows • Partner closely with functional leaders in Sales, Customer, Marketing, Finance, HR, and RevOps • Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, Product Managers and Admins

• Scale the core insurance business to achieve profitability and growth • Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine and automation infrastructure • Create a seamless user experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics • Drive critical outcomes for the insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, and conversion)
