Senior Technical Consultant – Oracle Cloud

• Join us as an Oracle Cloud Senior Technical Consultant and drive end-to-end solutions across Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP with expert hands-on integration and extension development. • You'll transform functional specs into scalable, high-impact technical solutions, working independently while showcasing strong SQL, HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and more.
Job Requirements
- Experience Range: 5 – 9 Years
- Candidate MUST have experience in SQL
- Candidate MUST have experience in HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, Fast Formula & Template.
- Experience in OIC & integration technologies would be a plus.
- Experience in VBS is preferred.
- Experience in OTBI is preferred.
- Candidates are expected to work independently in a group.
- Ability to train & develop other colleagues.
- End to end implementation/managed support experience of oracle cloud applications.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
- Experience in working with clients / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and providing the right solutions.
- Functional knowledge in any of the Oracle HCM or ERP Cloud Fusion areas is desired.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model.
- Fluency in English, strong verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Having high integrity and who values time.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification holding B.Tech./BCA/M-Tech/MCA
