- Conduct discussions with stakeholders (interviews, workshops, observation, questionnaires). - Analyze business processes. - Understand the goals, problems, and wishes of stakeholders. - Structure requirements, prioritize them, and check them for completeness. - Ensure consistency, feasibility, and clarity. - Document requirements in suitable formats (e.g., specifications, use cases, user stories, UML models). - Coordinate requirements with stakeholders and the project team. - Clarify contradictions and misunderstandings. - Ensure that the requirements support the business objectives. - Control changes to requirements (change management). - Establish traceability (from the requirement to implementation and testing). - Maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Act as an interface between the business department and development. - Moderate different stakeholder perspectives. - Present technical issues in a way that is understandable to business departments and vice versa.
Job Requirements
- Analytical thinking and structured approach.
- Knowledge of testing methodology (e.g., ISTQB standard).
- Experience with testing tools (manual and automated).
- Basic understanding of software development (e.g., programming, CI/CD).
