Key Account Manager – Protective Coatings, Infrastructure

• Develop durable customer relations across all levels in the value chain. • Gain knowledge of the industry, our products, and our tools to become the go-to coating advisor for your customers. • Identify, support and drive innovation from and to the market that enhances our customers’ sustainability and productivity. • Sell our products and services to new and existing customers. • Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales, margin and opportunity targets. • Plan and lead impactful visits to customers. • Prepare Key Account plans, build and maintain your Sales pipeline in Salesforce.com • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. • Grow your internal network to learn, get support and accelerate the above.
Job Requirements
- Proven (technical) sales skills in a Business to Business environment such as the Infrastructure sector - preferably with >5 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player.
- Ambition and drive to learn and develop towards potential next career moves.
- Proficiency in Polish and English.
