Role Description This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global payroll space as our Senior Product Manager, Payroll. You will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of our customer's (external and internal) needs and pain points and working with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that provide an exceptional payroll experience. This includes being a leader in your development team and beyond, working with internal experts across multiple disciplines to build a scalable payroll platform for 80+ markets around the world. Qualifications - Experience as a senior product manager working in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up company. - Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR functions. - Hands-on experience building payroll software and systems is preferred. - Experience launching products or features that leveraged AI. - Great judgment-making strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions. - Data-driven product manager with experience setting and tracking goals to achieve results. - Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across different departments. - Business-level proficiency in writing and speaking English. - Excellent skills & track record in stakeholder management. - ‘Can do’ attitude - digging into problems and working collaboratively with speed and efficiency on solutions. • Partner with engineering, sales, and technical leadership to elevate our modular healthcare technology platform • Lead a small development team focused on platform maturity—enhancing reliability, usability, and configurability • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering to understand customer needs and ensure platform capabilities align with market demands • Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, Sales, and internal teams • Translate business needs into clear specifications and development priorities for the engineering team • Assist Sales in developing product-focused content for sales materials, proposals, and customer presentations • Help define and manage the execution of product roadmap for our modular technology platform • Plan, prioritize, and track engineering work to ensure timely delivery and high-quality releases • Collaborate with the Director of Software on technical decisions and resource planning • Remove blockers and facilitate effective communication between engineering and business stakeholders • Define and track key product metrics to measure platform performance and adoption • Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders • Create and maintain product documentation, including release notes and feature specifications • Balance technical feasibility, business viability, and user needs in product decisions.

• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to identify opportunities where Circle can accelerate usage and adoption of Circle’s suite of digital assets (this role involves a high level of external collaboration). • Translate ecosystem insights into actionable product initiatives. • Define & own the product vision, and roadmap to take these products from 0 to 1. • Conduct market research to uncover emerging use cases, trends, and high-potential digital assets. • Stay at the forefront of emerging developments in the onchain asset issuance ecosystem (i.e. new assets coming onchain, new use cases for assets). • Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, legal, data science, marketing, and business to ship new products to market.

• Manage incoming change requests. • Review existing processes and systems to proactively identify workflow improvements with high ROI. • Recommend thoughtful, creative solutions that deliver functionality and operability. • Balance “the best” solution with budget and time-frame requirements to deliver ROI. • Develop functional specifications for prioritized change requests and recommend solution options. • Work with the development team to design and test enhancements. • Complete documentation for user teams and support to ensure a smooth implementation handoff for enhancements. • Deliver training to super users as appropriate. • Become a subject matter expert on our Salesforce and NextGen data models, custom application, workflow and integration functionality. • Provide functional support for business teams and tier 3 technical support for the systems team. • Create and maintain documentation of Aria custom system components. • Protect the company by handling sensitive and protected business information with appropriate safeguards and confidentiality. • Articulate complex workflows and concepts to audiences with varying degrees of technical acumen. • Communicate effectively and often with key business constituents and within the systems team.
