Engineering Manager – Crypto

• Build the future of sports entertainment. Shape the development of a crypto roadmap that provides seamless, engaging, and scalable experiences for millions of sports fans globally. • Build a winning engineering culture. Your first months will be a mix of exploration, technical validation, rapid prototyping, and shaping the early roadmap. You’ll determine the right architecture, the right bets, and ultimately the right team to scale. • Collaborate to shape the product vision. Partner closely with product managers, product designers and engineering leads to define features, plan delivery, and drive the development process to launch a new crypto tab, navigate crypto payments and withdrawals, and identify other opportunities like stablecoin yield offerings.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing a high-performing cross-functional team responsible for delivering high-impact features.
- At least 7 years of experience building heavy-traffic consumer mobile applications and/or systems.
- Experience building or integrating crypto or blockchain products.
- Strong product intuition; you work tightly with PMs and designers to translate ambiguous goals into clear technical plans.
- Strong background as an IC engineer: you’re comfortable diving into architecture, design reviews, and technical tradeoffs with your team.
- Experience working with product managers in gathering requirements, investigating technical needs, and creating designs that fit within project timelines.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and bias for action. You move work forward, unblock others quickly, and make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed and quality.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
