• Drive IT automation initiatives using scripting or low-code/no-code platforms to streamline workflows • Provide high-quality, customer-focused IT support for our global teams (NORAM, EMEA, LATAM, India) • Administer and secure Google Workspace (user provisioning, security, troubleshooting) • Manage device lifecycle and compliance using Workspace ONE UEM/MDM and oversee end-to-end IT asset lifecycle • Document IT processes, manage knowledge bases, and contribute to SOC2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS compliance efforts • Lead onboarding and offboarding operations, coordinating with Compliance, People, and Security • Support key collaboration platforms (Jira Service Management, Slack, Zoom, Confluence, etc.)
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role
- Proactive problem-solver with hands-on approach; adaptable to fast-paced, agile environments
- Excellent communicator with strong customer-focused mindset
- Proven cross-team collaboration skills
- Strong documentation and project management abilities
- Passion for leveraging AI tools in IT operations or familiarity with AI-enhanced solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace administration & Workspace ONE UEM/MDM solutions
- Experience with Jira Service Management administration
- Proven success in driving IT automation and hands-on experience with IT asset management
- Expert supporting Mac, Linux, and Windows; in designing small-to-medium office network infrastructure
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC2, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001

Role Description JFS is looking for a compassionate, mission-driven individual to join the Community Supports team as the Housing Navigator. In this role, you have the opportunity to use your skills and experience with working with populations experiencing homelessness, substance use disorder, and mental health issues to make a meaningful difference in your community and help change lives across San Diego. The Housing Navigator plays an integral role on the team and supports the entire agency by developing comprehensive housing plans and coordinating supportive services to assist with client’s transition out of homelessness. This position reports directly to the Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports Program Manager and works closely with the ECM and CS team. Responsibilities - Provide initial and ongoing assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of short term and long-term housing plans for clients experiencing homelessness in San Diego County. - Coordinate and monitor supportive services in accordance with the client's needs. - Meet with clients multiple times each month via phone, telehealth, and/or in the community in a low barrier location for clients throughout San Diego County. - Develop comprehensive housing plans for individuals/families to become self-sufficient. - Provide general information about housing, screening of applicants for referral to various housing programs, and support in getting connected to appropriate housing. - Maintain up-to-date, detailed client records via internal and external databases. - Enter client data into Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and stay current on regional homeless services and resources available through the San Diego Continuum of Care (COC) and other collaboratives. - Actively recruiting landlords willing to work in conjunction with the client and locating affordable housing opportunities to meet the needs of the client population. Qualifications - High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree (in a human services field) preferred or other related field or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of one year of experience and knowledge working with population experiencing homelessness, addiction, and mental health issues. - Current California Driver’s License, proof of insurance and reliable vehicle. - Must be able to pass a LiveScan, background check and drug test. - Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings.
