• Design, implement, and maintain workflow automations and orchestration solutions using Camunda BPM, BPMN, DMN, and related components. • Develop integration layers, microservices, and APIs that interact with Camunda processes. • Enhance and optimize existing workflows for scalability, durability, and performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow- or orchestration-related production system issues. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into executable process models. • Contribute to CI/CD practices, automated testing, and version control for workflow assets. • AI‑assisted code generation with tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot.

• Solid understanding of multiple programming languages, frameworks, and software development principles • Develop and maintain our WebRTC video solutions, focusing on building a reliable, low-latency, and highly scalable processing engine • Takes ownership of features and works independently on assigned tasks, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, participates in code reviews, and contributes to technical design discussions • May start leading small projects or act as a subject matter expert (SME) in a specific technology area • Demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills within the team • Remains up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the team’s domain

• Modernize insurance application workflows. We are enhancing our Django system to update and automate workflows for our Risk Engineering team. You will be responsible for migrating key parts of the UI and enhancing the backend to support the best user experience possible. • Increase efficiency with AI. Collaborate with the Data and Risk Engineering teams to leverage AI across our products via a React frontend. Process documents into actionable, structured information. • Enable small businesses to manage HR with modern software. Enhance our HR application to support its next phase of growth. • Emerging Products. Create new services to enable our Claims team to process a larger volume of complex claims across many different insurance lines. • Standardize development processes. Work with engineering leaders to create documentation, examples, and training for the wider team. Our goal is to standardize how we do work in our Python and Javascript code bases. This will have a huge impact on our quality as we grow.
