• Design, implement, and maintain workflow automations and orchestration solutions using Camunda BPM, BPMN, DMN, and related components. • Develop integration layers, microservices, and APIs that interact with Camunda processes. • Enhance and optimize existing workflows for scalability, durability, and performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow- or orchestration-related production system issues. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into executable process models. • Contribute to CI/CD practices, automated testing, and version control for workflow assets. • AI‑assisted code generation with tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot.

• Modernize insurance application workflows. We are enhancing our Django system to update and automate workflows for our Risk Engineering team. You will be responsible for migrating key parts of the UI and enhancing the backend to support the best user experience possible. • Increase efficiency with AI. Collaborate with the Data and Risk Engineering teams to leverage AI across our products via a React frontend. Process documents into actionable, structured information. • Enable small businesses to manage HR with modern software. Enhance our HR application to support its next phase of growth. • Emerging Products. Create new services to enable our Claims team to process a larger volume of complex claims across many different insurance lines. • Standardize development processes. Work with engineering leaders to create documentation, examples, and training for the wider team. Our goal is to standardize how we do work in our Python and Javascript code bases. This will have a huge impact on our quality as we grow.

• You will join the Mobile Platform team and work within a group focused on foundational mobile capabilities. • Collaborate with other iOS and Android engineers, as well as product and design partners, to raise the quality of motion and interaction across the app. • Design and build animations, transitions, and interactive UI components in SwiftUI, Lottie, and Rive. • Work closely with designers to explore ideas quickly and turn the best ones into production-ready patterns. • Help teams evaluate motion concepts, understand trade-offs, and use animation to improve clarity and engagement. • Bring other engineers along as a key part of the role. • Document patterns, create examples, pair with engineers when needed, and help the organization understand when and how to use motion responsibly. • Build systems that enable product teams to ship polished interactions without relying on bespoke implementations.
