Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent blend of education and experience
- Experience inspiring and guiding teams to surpass commercial goals
- Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring others and unlocking their sales potential
- Proven record as a results-driven inside sales professional
- Business-level fluency in both English and German for dynamic international communication
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect across cultures and roles
- Mastery of sales methodologies and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with virtualization or storage technologies is an added advantage
