Account Executive

RTM Business Group

• Drive sales process from end to end • Grow, develop and manage a 7 figure book of business • Research target market and identify leads • Qualify prospects against company criteria • Prospect leads through outbound calls and emails • Conduct daily prospecting activities: ~60 emails and ~30 cold calls • Pitch to C-suite decision makers • Act as main point of contact for the client • Onsite account management and rebooking • Work directly with Sales Managers to manage pipeline • Maintain, monitor and report key performance indicators

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Ability to travel regularly to events
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years of experience in B2B events
  • Background in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing or B2B events
  • Professional & interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for sales and professional development
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented

Role Description As an Account Executive/National Sales Director at SmartRent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our industry leading hardware and software solutions; adding new units and expanding ARR of enterprise level clients within your territory. You will cultivate and grow relationships with our existing clients for expansion opportunities. You will also be responsible for prospecting new business and acquiring new logos; having a consultative approach while running a complex deal cycle with multiple stakeholders.
