• Lead the technical design and development of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and solutions. • Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Oversee the development of Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integration with external systems. • Take ownership of end-to-end solution design, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the solution meets functional, technical, and performance requirements. • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows. • Develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other tools within the Salesforce platform. • Continuously optimize and enhance the Salesforce environment, including performance tuning, maintenance and scalability. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, technical architecture, and deployment procedures. • Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts within the team through documentation and mentoring. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the iterative development process. • Collaborate with product owners and scrum master’s to define and prioritize tasks and user stories. • Work efficiently within a fast-paced, Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes. • Identify and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing system downtime and ensuring business continuity. • Perform root cause analysis of system issues and recommend corrective actions. • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends, applying them to solve problems and enhance system performance.

• Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, triggers, flows, and Lightning Web Components. • Configure and optimize Sales Cloud including leads, opportunities, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting. • Design and maintain Salesforce data models, security settings, profiles, and permission sets. • Automate business processes using advanced flows and approval workflows. • Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and middleware. • Manage deployments through CI/CD and DevOps tooling. • Write unit tests, optimize performance, and ensure platform scalability. • Develop CRM Analytics dashboards, KPIs, and predictive insights. • Manage CRM Analytics dataflows, recipes, and SAQL queries. • Integrate Salesforce data with external data sources. • Support Marketing Cloud initiatives including email campaigns, customer journeys, and automations when required.

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. • Configure Salesforce environments, including Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Roles/Profiles, Permission Sets, and other declarative tools. • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and secure data exchange patterns. • Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions that meet federal security and compliance standards. • Participate in full SDLC activities, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support. • Contribute to best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• This role will work directly with the project team and business. Responsible for tracking the enterprise portfolio and driving project teams in shaping consistent architecture across the Salesforce platform. • Manage the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and custom applications. The role also requires definition, documentation, roadmap for current and future states, and resolves technical issues in areas of ownership. • Mentor development teams and provide technical support and quality assurance throughout all project stages, addressing technical challenges as they arise. Define and document architectural designs, build plans, release strategies, and technical specifications to ensure adherence to standards and governance processes. • Manage integrations with upstream downstream systems and with third-party services and ensure compliance with data governance policies during implementation phases.
