African Safari Group
• Design and sell bespoke luxury safari and travel experiences in East Africa. • Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations. • Liaise directly with lodges, camps, and local partners to ensure flawless travel arrangements. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service throughout the travel process. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and travel regulations. • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant, preferably specializing in East Africa.
- In-depth knowledge of East African destinations, lodges, camps, safaris, and experiences.
- Strong sales skills with a focus on **direct-to-client luxury travel**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for travel, wildlife, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Desirable:**
- Multilingual skills are a plus (French, German, or Spanish).
- Experience with luxury travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
