Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of experience in the electric energy industry and ideally having a solid technical background in transmission planning or interconnection. - Strong understanding of power system analysis and associated software tools (e.g., PSS/E, TARA PSCAD, PSLF, or PowerWorld). - Proven ability to connect the dots between technical depth and commercial strategy. - Exceptional communicator who can influence, create alignment and make decisions confidently under uncertainty. - Strong understanding of the interconnection requirements of at least one major utility in SERC. - Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
