• Own and manage relationships with key enterprise and strategic clients, acting as the primary point of contact. • Build long-term partnerships based on trust, value delivery, and a deep understanding of client business needs. • Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities within existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell, new initiatives). • Translate client business challenges into high-level solution opportunities in collaboration with AI, data, and engineering teams. • Drive commercial negotiations, contract extensions, and renewals in alignment with company goals. • Ensure high client satisfaction by overseeing project progress, delivery quality, and value realization. • Coordinate internal stakeholders (delivery teams, technical experts, leadership) to ensure consistent and effective client communication. • Monitor account performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic account plans. • Represent Addepto as a trusted AI consulting partner in client meetings, workshops, and executive-level discussions. • Stay up to date with AI, data, and digital transformation trends relevant to client industries.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or Client Partner in consulting, technology, or software services.
- Strong background in B2B client-facing roles, preferably within IT, data, AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Experience working with enterprise or large-scale clients, including C-level or senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into clear business value.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing revenue, pipelines, and account growth.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings (depending on location).
- Background in management consulting or technology consulting firms.
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
