Property Administrator

Remote Recruitment

• Serve as the first point of contact for tenant queries and escalate as needed • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and letting agents to coordinate property maintenance and repairs • Manage tenancy documentation including lease agreements, renewals, and notices • Ensure compliance with UK property regulations (e.g. gas safety certificates, EPCs, deposits) • Update and maintain property management systems and databases • Support the lettings and renewals process by preparing relevant paperwork • Assist with rent collection monitoring and arrears reporting • Produce regular reports on property performance and maintenance issues

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property administration or property management role
  • Strong knowledge of UK residential property practices and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g. Arthur, Fixflo, Reapit, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
  • Reliable internet connection and own laptop required
