• Desarrollo, ejecución y gestión de estrategias operativas: Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar distintas estrategias para asegurar el cumplimiento de métricas. • Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios: Liderar y coordinar equipos internos y externos para garantizar la eficiencia operativa. • Análisis de datos: Capaz de tomar decisiones con base a datos estadísticos. • Gestión del cronograma de las estrategias operativas: Cerrar más posiciones en el menor tiempo posible, mediante la asignación eficiente de recursos y la gestión de riesgos. • Monitoreo y control del progreso operativo: Seguimiento continuo de las actividades, asegurando la resolución de problemas y realizando ajustes necesarios para cumplir con los resultados. • Reportes de resultados semanales y mensuales: Elaboración de reportes sobre el avance operativo para la presentación al CEO y Consejo, asegurando transparencia y comunicación efectiva. • Mejora continua y optimización de procesos: Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia y calidad de los procesos internos, implementando prácticas de mejora continua. • Gestión de la comunicación: Mantener una comunicación fluida con todos los usuarios, asegurando que estén informados y alineados en cada etapa del proceso. • Auditorías de procesos: Realizar auditorías periódicas para evaluar la efectividad de los procesos y usuarios para proponer mejoras que contribuyan a una mejor experiencia del usuario.
Job Requirements
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o áreas afines.
- Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en startups o entornos dinámicos.
- Capacidad de análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones
- Habilidad en planificación, ejecución y monitoreo de proyectos.
- Capacidad de autogestión y siempre estar un paso adelante.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo para coordinar equipos.
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Atención al detalle, organización y proactividad para anticipar problemas y proponer soluciones.
- Experiencia en la mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
- Inglés avanzado.

Role Description We are hiring a Remote Turns Manager to manage high-volume, fast-paced apartment and rental unit turns across multiple markets. This role is for someone who thrives in speed, volume, and constant movement — not slow projects, not one job at a time, and not daily hand-holding.
