Field Sales Representative, Cleaning & Disinfection Products Distribution, Food Industry, Processed Food Focus

Solenis

• Acquisition of new customers and development of new business • Increase customer profitability and ensure implementation of price increases • Secure customers through high-quality and efficient system concepts • Conclusion and monitoring of customer-specific service contracts • Training and instruction of customer staff • Execution of service tasks and permitted technical service repairs • Maximize assortment sales (cross-selling) and contribute to promoting sales of products and systems • Close cooperation with the supervisor in customer support, new-customer acquisition, and with service and application technicians • Monitoring and timely renewal of concluded contracts • Completion and submission of requested reports within required deadlines

Job Requirements

  • Vocational training in the brewing, beverage, food or dairy industry (preferably with further qualification as an engineer / technician / master) or equivalent level
  • Chemical/technical knowledge and a solid understanding of hygiene
  • Sales experience or a desire to move into sales
  • Experience in the food sector
  • Confident, outgoing manner with customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to the role
  • Reliability, independent working style and ability to work in a team
  • Enthusiasm, ambition and commitment
