Outside Sales
Red E, LLC
• Assist in establishing new business opportunities • Disseminate qualified prospects to the sales team • Assist with planning the marketing focus, executing the marketing strategy, and documenting results • Assist with maintaining records of all interactions with qualified prospects and communicating to sales team • Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales team • Assist engineers in design, prototyping, assembly, and fabrication of new and existing products • Visiting farm sites to inspect customer equipment and establish repair plans • Occasionally perform repairs on customer equipment at customer job sites • Territory will expand Montana and part of western North Dakota • Remote position, training required in Fargo for 6-12 months
Job Requirements

- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and work with diverse customers
- Experience and technical knowledge of equipment
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering documents and drawings
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, work hard, and handle uncertainty
- Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 40 lbs
- Ability to travel 40-60% of the time
- Strong work ethic, integrity, moral character, and initiative
- Farming or Mechanical background and/or experience in farming industry
