Role Description The Enterprise Solution Architect will develop, implement and maintain end-to-end system service offerings, enabled by appropriate system orchestration, integration and automation solutions. They will continually investigate emerging technologies and provide recommendations on which architecture best addresses the client’s changing needs. This role will design and deploy dynamically scalable, available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications on the infrastructure, create isolated, safe and disposable infrastructure that can support models in production. Enable cloud platform resources to enable data scientists, engineers, and deployed use cases, and develop tools to access, integrate, model and visualize data (generating reproducible and containerized code). - Responsible for developing cloud and other service offerings and managing design & prototyping, feature deployment, usability testing, and documentation – in alignment with cloud architect & service owners. - Design data models, data flows, integration strategies, and system architectures to support business and technical requirements. - Conduct client workshops and presentations to demonstrate the value and capabilities of proposed solutions. - Provide ongoing technical support and consultancy to clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop/customize, test, deploy and document orchestration solutions – based on cloud orchestration requirements identified with cloud architects & infrastructure engineers. - Provide L2/L3 support to cloud admin & analysts in troubleshooting (A) cloud integration and configuration requests, and (B) in-house/3rd party tool related incidents/events. - Provide training and mentorship to team members on technical aspects of solutions. - Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in solution architecture and system design. - Conduct proof-of-concept projects to test and validate new technologies. Qualifications - 5-7+ years of varied experience in data and solution architecture preferred, with a focus on designing and implementing technology solutions. - One Solution Architect Certification from any of the big 3 cloud providers. - Hands-on knowledge of all leading data platforms such as Snowflake, Data Fabrics, MS Fabric. - Knowledge of applications services in AWS (EC2, ECS) and Azure Container Apps, Azure App service. - Can explain, configure, debug networking and routing issues: DNS, Routes, Proxy. - Knowledge of all main ETL tools such as Informatica, Azure Data Factory, Glue, Fortran. - Hands-on knowledge of AI frameworks: Azure Foundry Open AI, AWS Bedrock, LlamaIndex, CosmoDB. - Know-how of Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, Biceps, Cloud formation. - Experience with Identity Providers such as Entra, AWS Identity Center, SCIM. - Experience in analytics consulting environment is preferred. - Familiarity with agile and DevOps tools and practices; experience of leading scrums with DevOps team. - Experience as a Cloud, DevOps, or SRE Engineer on a cross-functional agile team preferred. - Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions. - Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply. - Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently. - Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging/disruptive technologies. - Wants to unleash inner self-starter and work in an environment that fosters entrepreneurial minds. - Believes in a culture of full transparency and trust and open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge. Role Description As a Workday Time Tracking and Absence consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Workday solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure Workday to meet those requirements, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process. In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM, Time Tracking and Absence best practices, helping to optimize processes and maximize efficiency for our clients. You will solve complex business problems integrating the Workday with external applications from a variety of Financial, Supply Chain and Human Capital Management functional areas. - Lead the implementation of Workday HCM, Time Tracking and Absence solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate those requirements into effective Workday configurations. - Configure Workday to meet client requirements. - Lead and mentor junior consultants on configuration and implementation best practices. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration between Workday and other systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues, working with clients and internal teams to identify root causes and implement solutions. - Stay current on Workday updates and new features, assessing their impact on client implementations and advising accordingly. - Contribute to the development of internal tools, methodologies, and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance our Workday practice.
