• Configure and support SAP Treasury modules, including BCM and Cash Management. • Implement SAP Multi Bank Connectivity for secure bank communications. • Integrate SAP systems with external banking partners using EBICS, SWIFT, ISO20022. • Troubleshoot and resolve treasury integration issues. • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline payment processes. • Maintain compliance with banking standards and security protocols. • Document configurations and provide knowledge transfer to client teams. • Support testing and deployment phases for treasury solutions.

• Support end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes including General Ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Access databases for financial data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. • Extract, transform, and validate data from SAP (FI/CO) into Access databases for business reporting and audit support. • Develop queries, forms, macros, and reports in MS Access to support finance and accounting teams. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. • Support month-end and year-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations. • Troubleshoot data discrepancies between SAP and Access-based reports. • Work closely with IT, finance, and audit teams to enhance reporting automation and efficiency.

• Manage the full lifecycle of proposed solutions, from design and development through delivery follow-up; • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ABAP HCM and development best practices (Clean Core, version control, testing); • Develop extensions to standard solutions (BADIs, user-exits) following SAP recommendations and best practices; • Build integrations with legacy systems and benefits providers, creating custom APIs in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and services on SAP BTP, prioritizing Clean Core; • Ensure security, scalability and governance of integrations, including monitoring and troubleshooting; • Support the definition of technical standards and sustainable architecture for integrations and extensions; • Other routine tasks for the area.

• Conduct detailed analyses of client needs and translate those requirements into effective solutions using SAP best practices; • Develop and configure the system according to client specifications, ensuring process quality and efficiency; • Provide training and support to end users to ensure adoption and effective use of implemented solutions; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and interoperability across SAP SuccessFactors modules; • Monitor and resolve technical and functional issues related to SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions; • Participate in defining and continuously improving processes related to the SuccessFactors Employee Central solution; • Benefits configuration: allowance, insurance, health insurance, reimbursement and savings; • Configuration of work/life events, business rules, eligibility rules (employees and dependents), pay components and rate charts; • Configuration of complex/dynamic workflows; • Role-Based Permissions management; • Custom MDF configuration and UI focused on benefits; • Preparation of functional specifications; • Preparation of data sets and test scenarios; • Execution of unit and integration tests; • Support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel testing; • Validation of ABAP developments; • Data migration and data loads; • Other routine activities in the area.
