Sales Agent / Sales Development Representative

• Initial telephone outreach to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and industrial companies • Qualifying prospects for our IT services • Assessing needs according to clearly defined criteria • Scheduling appointments for our sales consultants • Accurate documentation of all conversations in the CRM system • Close collaboration with the sales team • Active contribution to the development of call scripts and outreach strategies • Reviewing results, lessons learned, and potential areas for improvement
Job Requirements
- Structured and independent working style
- Enjoy interacting and communicating professionally over the phone
- Results-oriented and dependable
- Willingness to work with clear KPIs
- Proficient German, written and spoken
- Desirable: Some initial experience in telephone sales, inside sales or customer-facing roles; interest in IT services and digital topics; experience with CRM systems; and a desire to further develop your career in sales
