• Lead content ideation, manage performance analytics, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to boost brand visibility and audience engagement. • Own and execute the content strategy for LinkedIn pages focused on Employer Branding and Corporate Reputation. • Develop monthly and weekly content calendars that align with business priorities, EVP, and brand tone. • Craft engaging copy and creative briefs for designers, motion designers, and content creators. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, PR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition) to source and amplify authentic stories. • Track SMM performance metrics, analyze trends, and adapt content strategies accordingly. • Ensure brand voice consistency across all social media assets, adapted for different audience segments. • Stay ahead of the curve on LinkedIn algorithm updates, content formats, and platform innovations. • Benchmark against top-performing employer and corporate brands, proposing smart experiments.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing LinkedIn or B2B social media for a corporate or employer brand.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, content types, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Strong grasp of brand positioning, tone of voice, and how to translate them into digital formats.
- Proven ability to brief and collaborate with visual and motion teams to bring ideas to life.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude — you don’t just ideate, you implement.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and adjusting to fast-paced priorities.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and Native Ukrainian is required.
