• Als Operationeel Manager Utiliteitsbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor meerdere projecten waarbij je instapt vanaf de tender of bouwteamfase en je begeleidt deze projecten naar realisatie. • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de projecten. Hieronder vallen de planningen, overall aansturing van de teams, contact met de opdrachtgevers, budgetten verantwoording, coördinatie van de projecten op het gebied van techniek, ontwerp en realisatie en de vergunningen. • Het samenstellen van een gemotiveerd realisatieteam en een goede team spirit, dit in samenwerking met de directie, tendermanagement en projectmanagement; • Een constructieve samenwerking met klanten, partners, leveranciers en externe belanghebbenden, consultants en architecten, en waar van toepassing: ontwikkelaars en onderhoudsverantwoordelijken; • Jij bepaalt op basis van de bepaalde strategie, het projectbeleid bij start van de projecten en bedenk jij hoe je deze tot een goed einde brengt, waarbij ‘stick to the plan’, ‘in control zijn’ en ‘best for project’ de uitgangspunten zijn; • Je zorgt samen met de teams voor een doordachte voorbereiding, de inkoop en een strak realisatieproces, waarbij je stuurt op inhoudelijke expertise en neemt besluiten passend binnen de organisatiestrategie; • Je stuurt de diverse projectteams aan waar je vanuit inhoud en persoonlijkheid op een natuurlijke wijze leiding aan geeft, waarbij je het team op sleeptouw neemt en de teamleden ruimte geeft en begeleiding in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling om door te groeien; • Je ondersteunt de teams bij moeilijke discussies bij klanten of partners en neemt indien nodig daarin de leiding; • Je coördineert en stuurt verschillende disciplines en/of functionele afdelingen binnen BESIX aan op de projecten zoals ontwerp, prijs & methodes, project control, installaties, inkoop, uitvoering/bouwmethodiek, juridisch & contractueel, calculatie, verzekeringen, risico- en projectbeheersing, omgevingsmanagement en eventueel onderhoud; • Je staat in voor de controle en opvolging van de uitvoering van de projecten, ook op financieel vlak; • Je grijpt in bij technische en organisatorische problemen en stuurt bij waar nodig;

• Lead strategic relationships with PVRM and non-PVRM vendors • Provide strategic oversight of adverse event (AE) management and reporting processes • Conduct routine AE case quality checks, support special projects, and collaborate within PVRM and Quality • Lead audit and inspection preparedness, participate in cross-functional teams, and support regulatory inspections and internal audits • Develop and maintain PV staff learning plans, manage compliance activities • Oversee development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across PV operations and quality systems • Support global safety planning and coordination, maintain relationships with business partners, affiliates, and subsidiaries • Provide expert support for Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs) • Mentor and coach team members

• Contributing to clinical strategies and overseeing study execution for emerging technologies • Managing clinical protocols and key study documents in support of regulatory submissions • Managing clinical publications and evidence dissemination strategy • Overseeing communications with clinical trial sites, CROs, KOLs, and medical societies • Developing and managing team to interface and support all clinical requirements • Collaborating across functions to optimize clinical study strategies

• Create and execute commodity strategies that best leverage supplier capabilities and the company’s procurement spend • Lead a commodity team to optimize and rationalize our supply chain • Develop strong relationships with suppliers • Liaise with product management and production planning to drive timely procurement • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems for procurement activities • Coordinate on-site supplier visits, assessments, audits • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering to source, select, and establish new suppliers • Negotiate and create global supply agreements with key partners • Manage and develop the commodity team • Ensure KPIs and metrics are tracked and reported • Generate analyses and reports using ERP (SAP) and Excel
