Community Engagement Coordinator – Communications Project Coordinator

• Plan and execute weekly and monthly communication initiatives to keep the customer community informed and engaged. • Co-own the help center by writing, reviewing, and maintaining articles, and keeping the knowledge hub accurate and up to date. • Build and update community courses and clearly communicate product changes in collaboration with product teams. • Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of events and webinars aligned with communication goals. • Share updates through the right channels and support customers with product-related questions when needed. • Follow up on plans, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, mentor junior coordinators, troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and collect product feedback.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Confidence managing stakeholders and setting clear expectations
