Role Description The Controls Project Manager II is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all activities supporting the successful and timely delivery of projects. This role sets project schedules, selects project team members, monitors and controls project budgets, enforces project deadlines, and works with Team Leads to allocate additional internal and external resources as necessary. Duties and Responsibilities - Manages projects through the entirety of the project life cycle, overseeing phases of larger projects and whole smaller projects. - Creates long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines within scope. - Develops Request for Quote/Proposal (RFQ/RFP) for contracting Electrical Installation Contractors and Controls Engineering. - Defines project scope and objectives, prepares budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, and monitors project budget, advocating for additional funding as necessary. - Works closely with Program Managers, Controls Engineers, and cross-functional teams to plan and drive the execution of engineering activities. - Coordinates with Functional Project Managers to ensure development of cross-departmental schedule and testing plan. - Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. - Serves as a key member of the Change Control Board when analyzing and/or submitting Change Requests. - Monitors and analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects. - Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering-related field, or equivalent work experience. - Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in project management, preferably in a material-handling, industrial, or manufacturing environment. - 30 – 50% of travel as required. Requirements - Knowledge of electronic, electrical, and automation engineering. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, for both internal and customer audiences. - Demonstrated experience working on full design-to-production project lifecycles. - Advanced organization skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities at once. - Experience working directly with clients on business development and project management topics, requiring negotiation and analytical ability. - Familiarity with project management software tools, such as Visio, MS Project, etc. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, requiring regular problem-solving and critical thinking. - Ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification within six (6) months of hire or transfer into position. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification a plus. - Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools such as MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel. Role Description The Commercial Estimator plays a key role in bringing projects to life by partnering closely with Sales, Production, and Operations. This role is highly collaborative and focused on turning project details into accurate, build-ready estimates that support successful execution. - Participate in Pre-Project Planning sessions to review scope, risks, and project details - Develop accurate estimates including takeoffs, labor, materials, equipment, and risk factors - Ensure pricing aligns with company margin targets and standards - Obtain and confirm pricing from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors - Revise estimates as scope or project details evolve - Support proposal development and insurance documentation (Xactimate as needed) - Prepare organized estimate documentation for handoff to Production - Communicate regularly with Sales, Production, Project Managers, and leadership - Track estimate progress and maintain organized files Project Types: - Low-slope/flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up) - Metal roofing and specialty commercial systems - Insurance restoration and retail projects Qualifications - 5+ years of experience estimating low-slope commercial roofing projects - Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials - Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost analysis - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications - Proficiency in Excel and estimating/digital takeoff software - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and virtual environment - Field experience in commercial roofing - Xactimate experience - Experience with additional roofing systems - Knowledge of manufacturer warranty requirements - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Requirements - Primarily office-based with regular virtual collaboration - Up to 10% travel for site visits or project meetings - Valid driver’s license required

• Provide leadership in Agilent internal or Customer projects as Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle • Responsible for supporting and enabling the end-to-end customer engagement in Enterprise Services • Provides expert knowledge on portfolio, business processes and requirements, and internal company tools • Assists cross functional team in opportunity identification and development • Leads cross functional team through implementation and go-live of successful deal development or projects • Ensures all business processes are executed in compliance to Agilent business standards throughout end-to-end engagement • Drive profitable growth of the APAC Enterprise Services business through effective utilization of Agilent internal tools • Identify and reconcile cross functional barriers to doing business through collaborative solution development • Champion positive outcomes for both Agilent and customers by ensuring rigor and effectiveness in executing business processes.

• Lead multiple large-size, enterprise-wide projects simultaneously, following strict PPMO methodologies and maintaining high-quality deliverables. • Create and manage project charters, detailed project plans, RACI matrices, budget trackers, and GLRA/Change Management processes. • Provide direct oversight and guidance to Project Coordinators, PM I, and PM II levels, ensuring their projects meet organizational standards. • Facilitate planning and design sessions, organize project kick-offs, and report critical path milestones and status updates to executive leadership. • Proactively identify dependencies and risks; develop and monitor mitigation plans to ensure project stability. • Partner with IS Training and vendors to ensure user documentation is accurate, training is validated, and "super-users" are in place for successful go-lives. • Maintain meticulous documentation in appropriate repositories, ensuring all artifacts are ready for internal and external audits.
