• Lead and execute packaging engineering projects across CPG Food and Beverage categories such as snacks, rigid/flexible foods, refrigerated/frozen foods, beverages, confection, and ready‑to‑eat products. • Own the development, qualification, and commercialization of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging components. • Lead specification creation, maintenance, and harmonization activities in client systems (PLM, ERP, or digital spec platforms). • Conduct advanced packaging testing including transit simulations, shelf-life studies, barrier performance evaluations, machinability reviews, and line trial validation. • Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality to drive packaging initiatives from concept to launch. • Identify and resolve packaging manufacturing issues, partnering with suppliers and co‑packers as needed. • Support or lead sustainability initiatives, including packaging optimization, recyclability improvements, lightweighting, and material consolidation. • Drive continuous improvement across packaging processes, documentation, and data governance.

• Provide end-to-end engineering and operational support for secure, cloud-based data processing environments • Design, administer, and optimize scalable compute and storage platforms • Support production workflows and ensure efficient, reliable operations through monitoring, automation, and DevOps practices • Develop and maintain application code and tooling, integrate and test approved disclosure avoidance methods • Govern access, manage configuration, ensure cost efficiency, and system reporting • Support agile project execution, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog management • Maintain Kanban or sprint boards and track tasks, milestones, and dependencies

• Provide solutions/workarounds to technical issues reported by Nokia external and internal customers for Nokia Core product family within agreed SLAs • Provide support to troubleshooting methods like system level tracing, debug, protocol flow analysis • Identifies, reproduces and characterizes defects and collaborates with R&D teams for fixes • Contributes for Root Causes Analysis (RCA) analysis and report creation • Prepare knowledge articles and other technical documents • Develop competencies in products and solutions.****

• Integrate new data sources, which may include databases, APIs, files, etc. • Validating and creating appropriate configurations for CIM compliant logs • Processing requests from cybersecurity analysts for new detections within Splunk Enterprise Security • Analyzing existing logs to identify poorly formatted logs and potential gaps when implementing new detections • Adding and maintaining threat feeds within Splunk Enterprise Security • Monitoring the performance of and tuning detections • Managing asset and identity inventory within Splunk Enterprise Security • Creating and maintaining new Splunk apps • Recommending additions or changes to Splunk or its data models to meet detection needs • Developing searches, reports, and other functionalities for cyber-based use-cases, including active response, intrusion detection, vulnerability management, and related use cases • Assisting users with creating and optimizing searches and dashboards and mentoring others in good development of said resources • Attend online/Teams meetings with team and others as appropriate • Work with team to provide status on current task, suggest improvements, discuss implementation, etc.
