Identity & Access Engineer

• Together with your IT Security & Operational Governance team, you are responsible for the technical operation and continuous optimization of the IAM system landscape. • Configuration, integration and troubleshooting of IAM systems. • Using your knowledge of IAM regulations, processes and systems, you ensure secure and compliance-aligned end-to-end operation and monitoring: from authorization and role concepts to joiner, mover and leaver processes. • Communicating IAM topics to stakeholders in a clear, audience-appropriate manner. • Collaboration with service providers. • You actively advise and support digitalization initiatives and lead IAM-related projects. • You support internal and external audits related to IAM.

Job Requirements

  • University or technical college degree in (business) informatics / computer science, or equivalent professional experience and continuing education.
  • Solid knowledge of IAM technologies, architectures and protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Hands-on experience with IAM systems (e.g., One Identity, Entra ID, CyberArk).
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare and convey complex topics appropriately for stakeholders.
  • An out-of-the-box thinker and a team player.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
