Job Description

Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end project delivery—from planning, scope definition, and design through execution and closeout • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product, supply chain, and finance) to ensure milestones, budgets, and performance targets are met • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers • Track progress against KPIs and prepare concise reports and executive updates for senior leadership • Support vendor and consultant selection, contract negotiation, and performance management (RFP/RFQ) • Champion project management standards and continuous improvement practices across the PMO • Facilitate effective communication and decision-making among global stakeholders • Mentor junior project staff and promote best practices in project governance • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field or 4–6 years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet's, MS project, or Jira
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global or matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of systems, integrations, or accounting principles preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
