• Full lifecycle management of Analytics and AI projects, from conception and planning through execution and monitoring to final delivery. • Define scope, schedule, budget, and KPIs, ensuring projects meet quality requirements and deadlines. • Lead multidisciplinary teams (data engineers, data scientists, developers, AI specialists), fostering collaboration and high performance. • Manage risks and changes, anticipating impacts and proposing effective mitigation plans. • Act as a strategic bridge between business and technology, translating needs into data- and AI-driven solutions. • Ensure governance and compliance, including LGPD (Brazilian data protection law) and ethical principles for the use of data and algorithms. • Oversee implementation of Machine Learning models and AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with existing systems. • Promote continuous innovation by identifying opportunities to apply AI and Analytics to critical processes and new products. • Monitor market trends and best practices to incorporate emerging technologies and agile/hybrid methodologies. • Manage stakeholder communication, preparing executive reports and presentations for strategic audiences.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (8+ years) managing complex projects, preferably in Analytics, Big Data, and AI.
- Advanced knowledge of management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and PMO tools.
- Strong command of Analytics and AI concepts, including predictive modeling, machine learning, data engineering, and visualization.
- Ability to translate technical insights into business value, with strategic vision and results orientation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced English for communication with global teams.

• Responsible for creating a detailed project plan that incorporates all customer requirements • Coordinate activities between customers, installation/assembly contractors, internal departments and subcontractors, and act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters • Awarding and managing subcontracted trades within the project • Reviewing drawings and bills of materials and preparing order confirmations for customers • Conducting site visits and supervising installation/construction sites, both on-site and from the office • Cost estimation and project scheduling • Monitoring project progress and coordinating task allocation • Early identification of project risks and uncertainties and implementation of risk mitigation measures • Participation in all project-related meetings • Responsible for preparing and conducting project handovers and acceptance inspections
