• Active participation in Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning, grooming, and client demos. • Feature development within estimated timelines, with responsibility for meeting deadlines. • Team support: code reviews, troubleshooting, and retrospectives. • Product discussions with the PM, providing feedback, and suggesting optimizations. • Involvement in risk management and brainstorming during critical issues. • Active use of Claude Code and Cursor.

• Gain a deep understanding of the company structure, key stakeholders, internal policies, and HR/recruitment workflows. Become fully familiar with HR tools, ATS, and AI-driven solutions used in daily operations. • Independently manage day-to-day HR processes and employee requests, support onboarding and adaptation of new hires, and ensure smooth employee experience across all stages of the lifecycle. • Lead recruitment processes from briefing to offer stage, collaborating closely with hiring managers and ensuring high-quality hiring decisions, positive candidate experience, and timely vacancy closure. • Partner with managers on HR and hiring-related matters, provide guidance on core people topics, and act as a reliable point of contact for employees. • Identify opportunities to improve HR and recruitment workflows, enhance efficiency through AI tools, and contribute to building scalable people processes. • Operate independently within three months, successfully close multiple vacancies, and establish credibility as a trusted HR partner across the organization.

• Development and ownership of Product Architecture. • Close work and supervision of the development team in term of: Following planned Product Architecture, Following Development Best practices, Actually engaging re-usable Components, PRs review where needed. • Hands-on development of POC and TFS for the most complex Components or Features, where risks are too high. • Participation in pre-sale activities, conducting technical discovery prior to project kickoff, preparing high-level solution / product architecture for the client. • Providing technical estimations for sales proposals and statements of work. • Supporting the sales team with technical expertise during the pre-sale phase.

• Participate in pre-sales phase to show company expertise, provide technical design and estimations; • Work collaboratively with the data science team, backend engineer, devops, focusing on understanding business challenges and identifying potential tech-based solutions. • Coach and lead ML Engineers; • Develop and assess data-driven models with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI technologies. • Utilize advanced techniques such as Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG), and semantic vectors to enhance model performance. • Collaborate with a team and client to ensure prompt alignment with project goals and user needs; • Monitor and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement; • Optimize AI prompt generation process to enhance overall system performance; • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing and machine learning; • Provide support to teams in understanding prompt engineering best practices; • Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress

• Own the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations. • Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations (setup → migration → go-live). • Configure: • CRM objects (standard & custom) • Pipelines, deal stages, and lifecycle stages. • Properties and data models. • Build and maintain: • Workflows (automation, lead routing, notifications). • Forms, landing pages, email templates (technical setup, not copywriting). • Reporting dashboards and custom reports. • Implement and maintain HubSpot integrations with: • Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Zapier, custom APIs, data warehouses, etc. • Lead CRM data migration (CSV, API-based, legacy CRM). • Clean, normalize, deduplicate, and validate data. • Translate business requirements from: • Marketing • Sales • RevOps • Customer Success • Document solutions and provide internal enablement.

• Handle projects within budget/scope/time/quality constraints; • Provide client and internal reporting for main project KPIs; • Make sure estimates take into account risks and contain the appropriate contingency; • Assist in resourcing decisions (who can be taken to work on the project, etc.); • Ensure your knowledge of project management is kept up to date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources, attending meet-ups, etc.; • Efficiently manage your workload; • Assist in critical support issues where your experience is required; • Share knowledge, insights, best practice and ideas; • Contribute regularly to discussions regarding internal process and system improvements in order to ensure maximum efficiency across the company.
