Enterprise Software Implementation, Project Manager
Procore
• Lead the full project lifecycle for complex professional services engagements. • Facilitate design workshops and develop comprehensive project documentation. • Partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams. • Act as the "delivery expert" during the pre-sales phase. • Rigorously manage project margins, billable utilization, and scope. • Proactively identify and manage "scope creep". • Serve as the primary point of escalation and reporting.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, billable services delivery within a SaaS or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $100k+.
- Advanced skills in managing Gantt-based schedules, resource forecasting, and RAID log maintenance.
- Experience with web/mobile documentation management or construction-tech platforms is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Experience within the Construction, Engineering, or Financial SaaS industries is a significant plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP and/or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30–40% for client on-sites and internal strategy sessions.
