• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions within the Microsoft Azure platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Azure services. • Deploy and configure Azure resources, including virtual machines, databases, storage, and networking components. • Manage Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, and policy governance. • Be security conscious and aware of potential security risks and threats. • Implement robust security measures for Azure environments. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Monitor and respond to security incidents related to Azure. • Design, develop, and implement highly available, multi-region solutions within Microsoft Azure. • Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements. • Migrate existing infrastructure services to cloud-based solutions. • Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates) to automate provisioning and configuration. • Maintain Azure configurations as code for consistency and repeatability. • Develop and implement policy driven data protection best practices to ensure cloud solutions are protected from data loss. • Support cloud adoption of applications during migration and upgrades. • Participation in ongoing and future Cloud Operations Projects from planning/specification to execution and sign-off. • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise when evaluating new systems and services or supporting in project implementations.

• Leading the architectural design and implementation of cloud-based TEAMCENTER PLM solutions • Developing comprehensive cloud migration strategies for clients' existing on-premises TEAMCENTER PLM environments • Creating scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures • Designing hybrid cloud solutions that integrate with existing on-premises systems • Establishing cloud governance frameworks and compliance measures • Optimizing cloud resources to enhance performance and availability • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions • Providing expert guidance on cloud-native TEAMCENTER PLM capabilities

• Work with 3Cloud’s Managed Services leadership coordinating services functions and client experience across service lines, focused on managed services • Biweekly or monthly syncs with other peer Architects to align on technical solutions, and team collaboration opportunities that help the team advance their skills and competencies • As an SME within Managed Services, provide support to the solution architecture presales team to align presales and delivery expectations around the solution definition and delivery execution (participate in offering committees) • Serve as coach in a player-coach model to help support the upskilling of team members • Helping foster and build relationships between team members both internal and external to our 3Cloud team (including Sales, Clients, & MSFT) • Help the team reach billable targets by assisting with breaking through project blockers • Help facilitate change orders and project extensions with SA Team when in-flight projects calls for it • Help drive alignment where there are technical mesh points between other 3Cloud practice areas by providing technical oversight and driving cross-practice solutions that enable our customers

• Develop, test, and maintain cloud-native RESTful APIs using Python, GoLang/ Go and JavaScript/TypeScript. • Build and manage Docker container images, ensuring best practices for image build, security, cost efficiency and deployments. • Author, maintain, and version HELM charts for deploying services into Kubernetes/ Openshift Environment, including configuration/ annotation values, templates, upgrades and rollback support. • Participate in (or build) CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, monitoring, and roll-back of SaaS services. • Monitor the performance, reliability, and scaling behavior of services; identify bottlenecks and implement solutions (caching, concurrency, resource limits, horizontal auto-scaling).Develop and maintain serverless SaaS components using AWS CDK, Lambda, API Gateway, and ECS/Fargate. • Ensure high availability and fault tolerance through Kubernetes features such as readiness and liveness probes, sensible resource requests/limits, and proper namespace/networking isolation. • Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, versioning, and documentation publishing. • Manage in-cluster dependencies such as PostgreSQL, Kafka, Grafana, and ElasticSearch using Helm or Operators. • Collaborate with security, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure deployments meet security, compliance, logging, monitoring, and auditing requirements. • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and staging environments. Provide root cause analysis and propose corrective measures. • Maintain clear documentation of architecture, deployment procedures, configuration, and usage of cloud tools. • Accountable for ensuring that all working hours are accurately reported in Time Tracking System on a daily or weekly basis, that the majority of (if not all) hours are tracked as billable and that the project management tool in the time tracking system is properly and fully utilized. • Tracking and reporting of billable hours is a critical aspect of project management and delivery to our customers and this is a major area of accountability. • Comply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies.
