Manager, Oracle Fixed Assets

• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fixed Assets implementation, support, and enhancement activities • Configure and maintain asset categories, depreciation methods, calendars, and accounting rules • Manage asset capitalization, depreciation, revaluation, impairment, transfers, and retirements • Ensure accurate integration between Oracle Fixed Assets and General Ledger • Collaborate with AP teams to ensure smooth asset capitalization from Oracle Accounts Payable • Perform month-end and year-end fixed asset close activities • Prepare and review asset-related financial reports and reconciliations • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls • Provide functional guidance to junior team members and stakeholders • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fixed Assets-related issues and enhancements
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with specialization in Oracle Fixed Assets
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fixed Assets (FA) module
- In-depth understanding of fixed asset accounting and asset lifecycle management
- Experience in configuration, reporting, and reconciliation within Oracle FA
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
