Senior Manual QA Engineer
GT
• Own all testing activities across the Quorso platform. • Manage the scope of each testing round together with the engineering team. • Perform testing of recurrent release candidates and hot fixes. • Define and maintain the regression testing scope. • Maintain testing configurations and ensure they stay aligned with the current platform state. • Maintain and manage test setups. • Become a subject matter expert for the platform. • Triage and manage issues reported from production. • Work closely with engineering, product management, and design teams.
Job Requirements
- Product-minded; eager to deeply understand platform logic and user workflows.
- Strong attention to detail; able to spot subtle inconsistencies, especially in user experience.
- Understanding of security implications in functionality (file uploads, XSS, SQL injection) to plan and stress-test accordingly.
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Experience in API testing.
- Proven experience in leading or actively contributing to QA processes, including:
- Participating in defining acceptance criteria
- Managing release and hot-fix testing
- Managing regression testing scope
- Maintaining testing configurations for each round
- Documenting and collecting evidence from each testing round.

QA Tester Lead
