Senior Confluence Administrator
Dev.Pro
• Assess existing Jira and Confluence instances across multiple teams and products • Standardize workflows, dashboards, reporting, and usage practices across instances • Configure and maintain projects, permissions, and integrations within Jira and Confluence • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate proposed improvements • Implement standardization plans and ensure consistent adoption across teams • Automate metrics, reporting, and dashboards to streamline monitoring and analysis • Document processes, best practices, and guidelines for ongoing use and training • Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Atlassian tools
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience administering Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
- Expert-level proficiency with the Atlassian suite
- Enterprise experience standardizing and aligning multiple, complex Jira and Confluence instances inherited from merged organizations
- Strong analytical skills to assess instances and design standardized processes and practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving adoption of standardized processes across teams and products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Background as a Process Engineer with solid hands-on Atlassian product experience (Desirable)
- Automation experience for metrics collection, reporting, and dashboards (Desirable)
