• Monitor and support end-to-end match processing workflows across Academy and Scouting products • Track game status, turnaround times, and pipeline health using internal operational tools • Identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and inefficiencies in processing workflows • Propose and support implementation of workflow and pipeline improvements • Act as an operational partner to Engineering on tooling, pipeline changes, and testing • Support Commercial teams with delivery visibility, timelines, and operational insight • Assist with root-cause analysis, post-mortems, and ongoing process optimization
Job Requirements
- Experience in operations, data operations, sports technology, or technical program roles
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to process, systems, and performance metrics
- Comfortable working with dashboards, workflows, and operational tooling
- Ability to collaborate across operations, engineering, and commercial teams
- Interest in football (soccer), sports analytics, or data-driven products preferred
