• Design, implement, and maintain robust, automated data pipelines using modern ETL and ELT tools, including Fivetran for ingestion and dbt for transformation and orchestration. • Model and optimize data in Snowflake to support analytics, operational reporting, and automation, particularly for finance, people, and legal teams. • Ensure data reliability through automated quality checks, monitoring, observability, and lineage visibility. • Build reusable abstractions, libraries, and internal frameworks, primarily in TypeScript and SQL, to support scalable ingestion and transformation of structured and unstructured data. • Partner closely with analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, executive-ready insights through tools such as Metabase and a centralized corporate dashboard. • Leverage AWS and infrastructure as code to manage data storage, compute, and deployment workflows in a secure and scalable way. • Continuously evolve data architecture to meet changing needs around performance, scale, governance, security, and compliance.

• Work on both the front-end and back-end of our platform, implementing new features and improving existing ones. • Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to deliver high-quality features that enhance the user experience on Dune. • Help ensure our applications are fast, reliable, and scalable. • Improve the content browsing experience and support users in creating and consuming queries and dashboards. • Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable TypeScript code focusing on best practices and long-term scalability. • Engage in continuous learning and collaborate with more senior engineers to enhance your skills and contribute effectively to the team.

• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for core infrastructure systems • Execute incident response during production events, including triage, mitigation, and recovery • Maintain and improve runbooks, operational procedures, and escalation paths • Help reduce MTTR and prevent repeat incidents through engineering solutions • Improve reliability of core infrastructure components including: Kubernetes (GKE) clusters, Cloud networking and load balancing & Edge services (Cloudflare) • Identify systemic reliability issues and drive corrective actions • Support capacity planning, scaling, and resilience testing • Execute security remediations across cloud and Kubernetes environments • Support enforcement of: IAM least-privilege access, Network security controls & Runtime security policies • Partner with Platform Security on vulnerability management and remediation • Support security incident response and post-incident reviews • Automate repetitive operational and security tasks • Build tooling to improve: Incident response speed, Operational visibility & Security posture enforcement • Reduce manual toil through scripts, tooling, and process improvements • Support safe execution of infrastructure and configuration changes • Ensure changes follow defined change management and audit requirements • Contribute to incident reviews, postmortems, and continuous improvement initiatives • Work closely with Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, Platform, Data, and Security teams • Contribute to shared documentation and operational standards • Mentor junior engineers and lead small reliability or security initiatives

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using C#, Angular 12 and above, and microservices architecture. • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployments. • Leverage AI-driven development techniques to enhance software functionality and performance. • Work with PgAdmin Database to design and optimize database solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage applications on AWS.
