• Design and develop distributed systems in a principled way and take part in high impact architectural decisions • Engage in stimulating technical challenges in topics such as distributed systems, very large databases, SQL processing, data modelling, or systems performance • Assume ownership of components within our blockchain data platform such as data ingestion and decoding • Write code mostly in Kotlin and Go with some Java and Rust with a strong emphasis on good design and performance • Contribute to the internal developer experience by improving local test setups, integration tests, and incremental deployment processes. • Continually improve how we operate the platform, including seeking opportunities to automate incident diagnosis and resolution using AI • Work with one of the fastest engineering teams in the industry. • Building AI agents for automation into the team.

• Own the full sales cycle for Dune’s enterprise data products: discovery, scoping, demos, technical deep dives, negotiation, and closing. • Upsell our self-serve base by identifying power users and usage spikes via internal analytics and CRM (HubSpot). • Lead outbound efforts to researchers, crypto-native funds, exchanges, DAOs, and venture firms that rely on onchain data. • Translate dashboards into deals—understand a customer's usage and turn it into a tailored pitch for paid contracts.

• Plan and execute B2B focused product launches and go to market initiatives. • Define positioning, messaging and ICPs for Dune’s analytics products, including the analytics hub, Analytics API, dbt connector and Datashare, across EVM chains and major ecosystems and key datasets like dex.trades, prices.usd, and tokens.transfers. • Create sales enablement content, such as keyword-optimized product pages, decks, case studies, and demos. • Collaborate with Product managers and engineering on documentation for datasets and use cases • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on pricing, packaging, and product strategy, shaping the story of what we build and why • Leverage AI-driven tools and insights to optimize decision-making, streamline workflows, and enhance team productivity

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll manage a high volume of inquiries across multiple channels, requiring a calm and structured approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate has strong customer empathy, a natural curiosity to investigate issues, and thrives in a challenging, dynamic environment. This is a remote role for candidates based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST). Applications from other time zones will not be considered. Key Responsibilities - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for paid users across high-traffic support channels (Slack, Telegram, Zendesk). - Stay curious and proactive, digging deep into complex customer issues to identify root causes and drive resolutions. - Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate problems and ensure user needs are addressed effectively. - Develop and refine support documentation, FAQs, and user guides to empower users and streamline support. - Built automation workflows that proactively address recurring customer issues, enhancing the overall support experience at scale. Minimum Requirements - 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or similar roles. - Experience with crypto data, ideally with hands-on use of Dune. - Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying to help diagnose user issues firsthand. - A proven ability to stay organized and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-channel support environment. - Strong investigative skills and a problem-solving mindset, with the curiosity to dive into technical issues. - Excellent communication skills, with an empathetic approach to helping users navigate challenges. - Based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST). Nice to have - Have previously built dashboards on Dune. - Hands-on experience with support automation tools such as Zapier, Pylon, or AI-assisted triage using tools like Claude. - Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where processes are still being built. - Worked with data warehouses, specifically BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake.
