Business Development Manager
Ajax Systems
• Promote Ajax Systems’ products and services to system integrators, installers, technical consultants and end customers (business partners) in Germany. • Identify new business opportunities and arrange meetings with business partners. • Plan and prepare presentations for business partners and other stakeholders. • Build and maintain relationships with partners and monitoring/dispatch centers. • Communicate product features, benefits and developments to business partners. • Conduct product and trade trainings in cooperation with business partners. • Actively promote the specification of systems that include Ajax Systems products and solutions. • Work closely with branded product resellers to meet business partner requirements. • Support the development of market strategies for Ajax Systems products and solutions. • Provide feedback to management on requirements for current and future Ajax Systems products and solutions. • Produce accurate and timely reports using the company CRM system to support your activities or as required by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in electronic security systems (e.g., intrusion, video, access control, fire)
- Experience in sales or business development in a vertical B2B market
- Native-level German (spoken and written)
- Results-oriented work style with initiative and accountability for your own results
- Negotiation skills: strong communication skills both on the phone and in person
- Highly motivated with the ability to get things done
